Checkout is not open during configuration. No paid subscription is activated by the current demo or account signup.

Before purchase

The checkout will display the price, access duration, applicable tax and whether the configured product is fixed-term or recurring. No automatic renewal is silently enabled.

Cancellation

For recurring web subscriptions, use the payment provider billing management instructions supplied with your purchase or contact team@presgraphics.com. Store purchases must be managed through the relevant app store. Cancelling an account does not necessarily cancel a provider subscription.

Refund requests

Contact team@presgraphics.com with the account email, payment reference and reason for your request. Do not send card information. Requests will be reviewed against the purchase terms and applicable consumer rights. No blanket denial of statutory refund rights applies.

Final refund periods and processing commitments must be confirmed before accepting live payments.
